A beginner’s guide to Feldenkrais lessons? Where?!

There are number of good, free resources online that can give you descriptions of the Feldenkrais Method of Learning. Larry Goldfarb, a Feldenkrais Trainer, gives away several on one of his webpages. I especially like “Felden-what?!!” and “The Three C’s.”
Heres a link to an article that I like from the Feldenkrais Guild, called, “A Beginner’s Guide to Feldenkrais Lessons.” (download will begin immediately).
You may also want to check out free Feldenkrais publications from the Feldenkrais Guild called, “SenseAbility.” There are many free downloads (pdf) about the Method on the SenseAbility page.
