Ruthy Alon: Movement “Nature” Meant

The number of Feldenkrais-related video seems to increasing dramatically on YouTube and other online sources. Here’s a gentle one by Ruthy Alon, one of Moshe’s orginal students. I can’t imagine that it would play well to a large market segment and I don’t know if this would be considered a Bones For Life video or a Feldenkrais video, but it is a nice use of YouTube to get the word out.
