This is the most detailed Feldenkrais demonstration using a skeleton that I have ever seen.

More information on training with Leora Gaster can be found on the MBS Academy website: Feldenkrais Heritage.

  • Hey Ryan, most detailed description on the web, or EVER?

Hey there Irene – Keep in mind that I have been out of the loop in terms of advance workshops and such. Being in Grad school and in Utah didn’t lend itself to traveling to many trainings.

In my various training experiences, the skeleton was usually nothing more than just ancillary – something that was picked up for a moment or two to point something out. So…yes…for me that was the most detail demonstration with a skeleton that I have ever seen….

      cheers! – Ryan

Richard – Agreed. Very often, deep changes in my experience have been intertwined with some new feeling or awareness of my skeleton.

  • Deep down inside, everyone’s a skeleton!

  • Your blog is invaluable. Thank you, I’m a fan.
