Super Groovy Feldenkrais Lesson Notation System

Hi guys – I have an informant in China* who occasionally sends me cool notes about things happening in the Feldenkrais world. He recently sent me the link to a simple yet effective system for putting “sessions based on the work of Moshe Feldenkrais” into a format that are easy to teach and remember.

He is selling his system for $1,000,000.00 but only to Guild-Certified Feldenkrais practitioners who pay a yearly licensing fee and are willing to put a picture of him on their doorway: Print and Post.

But if you’d rather not pay the licensing fee, you can rip-off a copy of his system right now: Feldenkrais Notation Template and see how he has used the session on his website: Feldenkrais Lesson Notation System.

Enjoy. And let me know if you use the document, how it works for you etc. etc. etc….?????

*On good days he sends me stuff in his real name. On bad days he attempts to hide his identity behind anonymizer protocols and fake YouTube accounts. But I know who he is at ALL times and benevolently welcome his comments, for I am just and kind and loving and send peace to all Moshe’s creations. (Except for David Bersin and Paul Rubin. Cursed be their names. I ask Moshe to punish them.)
